Teen Cupcake Decorating Competition

Decorate cupcakes using ingredients provided by the library. Prizes will be given for the greatest cupcakes! Open to everyone in 6th-12th grade. Registration required.

For the comfort of the teens, no younger siblings or adults may attend teen programs.
