Flow State Labor Prep with Whitney Graham

a Birthing Expectations program

Whitney will guide you through a supportive, hands-on approach to childbirth using Flow State Labor Prep.

Registration Required

This class is designed to support pregnant people and families as they prepare for birth. We’ll walk through what’s helpful during labor, explore comfort options, and include partners in meaningful, supportive roles. Time is shared between learning, conversation, and simple hands-on practice. First and second-time parents will find value in the opportunities for connection and resilience building in a comfortable, intimate environment.

Please register yourself and let us know if you are bringing a guest or partner.

About the Speaker

"After my first child was born, I realized how deeply birth work called to me. I left my legal career to follow that pull. My work has since grown into a passion for supporting pregnant people, increasing access to care, and advocating for reproductive justice. I grew up in Michigan and spent twenty years in Southern California after graduating from MSU. I trained and built my practice there before returning home to Southwest Michigan, where I now blend that depth of experience with a community-centered approach. I am a certified childbirth educator and full-spectrum doula through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings. I’ve had the honor of apprenticing twice with Britta Bushnell, PhD (whose work has shaped so much of my approach), and I served as a Mentor for her Apprenticeship for Perinatal Professionals (2024–2025)," from Birthing Expectation's website.
